So on Saturday 11th May, my dad and I completed a 10km walk for charity, raising over £300 for Crohn's and Colitis UK and FORTH. It took us 2.5 hours to complete and passed the finish line just before the rain started. That last hill was absolutely horrible! It felt like it was never going to stop. I didn't want to stop walking when we'd finished because I knew I'd seize up.

Every Saturday I try and go for a walk, and I'm gradually increasing the distance each week to build up to my 10km. I have until 11th May to get to 10km.
